Co-founder of YPO and a certified business development service provider and trainer accredited by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Tanzania. He has over seven years of experience working with non-profit organizations. His expertise includes resource mobilization, advocacy, and organizational capacity development, with a strong focus on governance, program and operations management, and human resources management.

Has over five years of experience in youth and community development. As the Program and MEAL Coordinator at YPO, he coordinates project implementation and oversees Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL). He also supports community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and reporting.
He holds professional certifications in MEAL, Gender and Safeguarding, Soft Skills Training, and Innovation Development, and is deeply committed to ethical, results-driven, and values-based leadership.

Has over two years of experience serving in the finance function of a nonprofit organization. She is proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and ZOHO, supporting budget expenditure tracking and donor financial reporting.

A certified digital business professional accredited by Digital Opportunity Trust Tanzania. He has supported online business brand development and marketing for over 25 enterprises. He serves as a strategic advisor on organizational branding and market penetration, contributing to effective communication and YPO's visibility.
